Radiator drain plug

What if no coolant comes out of drain plug when
open

First off not to insult your intelligence but there IS coolant in the radiator correct? Also if you dont take the cao off the radiator up top it might create a vaccum type thing. Its like shot gunning a beer. Not much will come out till you crack the seal up top OR there might b so much settlement in the bottom that its being blocked. Try shoving a screw driver up the hole. Thats what i got. Hope it helps.
