Need to repair door handle on a 1998 town & country front passenger. Can't open from the outside

Open the door from the inside, make sure window is up, remove door panel to get access to the bolts that secure it to the door, the handle will have two rods attached to it, one is for the lock and the other actuates the latch mechanism. see youtube for videos.
