My car is riding rough! When I turn it on it rumbles.

Probably the MAF, or other electronic devices are out of adjustment. Remember that cars today are rolling computers. I don't know how many miles are on your car or how often you take your car in for regular check ups but, I would have this done before you are stranded somewhere you don't want to be.... very inconvenient.
