96 s10 blazer v6 vortec Tbi....sprayed starting fluid in intake ,it starts, then
shuts back off.. I replaced the fuel pump with a Delphi pump from napa and a
new strainer and fuel filter...still does the same thing.....help

Also I'm am only getting 8 vcd at pump connector, is that enough voltage to produce enough pressure to start?
