Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Alarm sounds for 30 seconds when I open locked car with key. Don't have a
remote key fob so please don't act like I'm an idiot for not using.

I suggest you get a couple of fobs and program them. Look for an online tutorial for the programming but you may need a good locksmith or a Subaru dealer.
