2007 Dodge Charger smokes

I need help my 2007 dodge charger smokes each and every time I start it, we have
changed the oil 2 time within the last 6 months because we thought that was the issue
but it is still doing it! Please help, its not a little smoke it is ALOT!!!!! PLease email any

Blue equals oil. (Valve guide seals-rings-pcv). White equals water/antifreeze (head gasket-cracked head). Black equals un burnt fuel.
