The battery should be checked to see if it is good, but it is low on charge for one. It may have to do with the clackin, should check the serpentine belt and belt tensioner and all the idler pulleys. If there is a problem there that would explain the low battery.

Yea but when I give it a jump it's start clackinnnn in the engine in shuts off in I just bought a new alternater

Where is the noise coming from? Front of the engine, underneath the engine, inside the engine, You know, it may be a bad timing chain.

It's coming from the top of the engine I only could give it a jump in press the gas start clacking in shuts off in second

I think you have a valve train issue which includes the timing chain. You are going to need someone to look at this. The timing chain and the valve train need to be inspected. You take off the valve cover to look at the valve train.

Doesn't cost much money to get it looked at but it would cost a lot of money to repair, if this is the problem.
