can anyone tell me why my van shakes?

it shakes only when i give it gas and it give me a code that says left bank too

the catalyic convertor where plugged up but it still has a slight shake and miss and the engine code is gone but i can't find the problem

Did you figure out he problem? I can’t. Was the catalytic converter the problem or just part of it?
