My battery connection came loose and we tighened it back on. But now my heat and air conditioner do not come on. Checked fuses, all ok. Any idea what we can check for next?

My biggest fear is that your hvac control module needs to be reprogrammed? I could be wrong? Some makes and models, if battery voltage or ground is lost, there may be modules that have to relearn or reprogrammed. I can't help with reprogramming. You could call your local dealership and ask to talk to the service department. The service department can be very helpful when they want to be. The vehicle starts and drives ok?

Truck is running good except i can’t get it out of park. I just had the interlock solenoid changed a week ago.

Does the shift interlock bypass work? It allows you to shift into neutral from park. Once you get it in neutral, you should be able to start and drive it. Your owners manual has this info. fleet.ford.com has your owners manual, if you don't have one. It's free to read online. Another thought is to make sure your brake lites work.

Yes, the interlock bypass works and also the brake lites. Taking it to a ford dealer and hopefully all it needs is to be re-programmed. Thanks for your help.
