How can i fix exhaust pipe issues inexpensively?

It sounds like there are bolts loose near the exhaust pipe. Its it easy to fix or
would it be better to replace the pipe?

just take it to an independent shop , unless it's really obviously simple to fix . The time and money you spend on the ground trying to put it back together is not worth it for what they charge .
