My question is how can i put calipers on my 99 saturn on the rear n right now they are drum brakes n is there any way i can upgrade to a better calipers

If other models of Saturn's had rear disk brakes you MIGHT be able to swap them out.

Early S series (pre-1998, if I remember correctly) with ABS all had rear disk brakes, and they bolt right onto drum equipped models. The one thing that is required is to get the proper parking brake cables, the SC models are shorter than SL & SW's.
