To be honest with you I think its the same engine bay size but you can take a measuring tape and measure the bay and see if its the same as a 99 the 2000 by the same as a 99 go to a junk yard measure the cavity engine bay cavity see the same I think it will fit but to be sure talk to a professional or measure them measure the cavities
