Reverse does not work well

Hello I have a 98 saturn sc2..I can drive my car
anywhere without a problem but when I drive it for
a while I put in on reverse, sometimes it will take
the reverse  but sometimes it won't take it....some
people tell me it might me a transmission sensor
some tell me the transmission is bad...

    At night when I put on my low beams they are out but when I go to high beams they are the only ones that work why? is there a fuse for the low beams or do both low beams bulbs need to be replaced??
