Bad gears,no oil,improper installation of drive shaft,there are numerous things,even brakes.
Can you give us more details cuz I think that car doesn't have rear wheel drive so It must have something to do with improper installation of the rear brakes must be that you have to take it apart again and re configure it and fix it.
