runs until it heats up, then looses spark.

We replaced the trottle position sensor, both coil packs, ignition module, map sensor, cooling fan fuse/relay, O2 sensor.  Have been told maybe a crank knock sensor!

that is possible. did you change the bolts on the coil packs and clean the area behind them with steel wool? and do you have a check engine light at all?
