My car makes a weird noise while driving and I can feel it in the wheel

Weird noise and can feel it in the wheel sounds like a bad wheel bearing. If it makes more noise when turning the wheel slightly when driving, it's probably a bearing.

Raise the wheel off the ground. Car in neutral, spin the wheel and grab the spring. If the bearing is bad, you'll feel it in the spring.
