I have a 95 Chevy Lumina I took in to the shop change alternator my heat started blowing in an out now my heat not coming in at all what is that

You should take it back to the shop that changed the alternator and have them check the vacuum hoses and vacuum reservoir to see if they broke a brittle hose or accidentally knocked one off. I hope this helps. Take care.
