Air condistioning

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my air conditioning is barely blowing and its coldish.  Does that mean it needs
freon and or the belt replaced?  The controller is up all the way

Coldish might mean low on refrigerant, but not blowing would indicate a blower motor or blend door issue.
