1995 Camaro Electrical Issues

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got a 1995 Camaro 3.4L V6 and ive been having some electrical issues. My headlights, brights, blinkers
and engine fan dont work. My parking lights work, tail lights and brake lights work just fine. Its not the
fuses or relays and i dont think its the body ground. I recently replaced the ignition lock cylinder and got
a chipped GM key from the dealer, before that, the brights worked but nothing else. Has anybody else
had this issue?
