1996 chevy tahoe stopped running while driving

Asked by bogeybob7 Mar 24, 2015 at 10:33 PM about the 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe LT 4-Door 4WD

Going uphill is was cutting out and then next day stopped running while driving. Turns
over but will not start. replaced fuel pump relay, no go.Can hear fuel pump run when key
turned on. What else could cause this problem?

Even thoe you hear pump,does not mean it is pumping,take fuel line loose from filter,turn key look under truck,you may hear pump but no gas.
