I have 2007 Cadillac CTS. Code reader says PO5OA. What does this mean

There is no code P050A. You may have misheard them saying P0508 which is Idle Air Control Valve. Have it rescanned and if it is P0508, have it checked out and repaired. You may have noticed it has an unstable idle speed and stalls.

If there isn't then someone must have forgotten to tell the manufacturer to not let it throw this code. I believe this is the P050A code you are saying does not exist. so essentially you are giving bad information.
