If you have spark and fuel is injecting into the cylinder, you have almost all the elements needed to start and run the car. If your fuel pressure is good as suggested in the above response, check and make sure the timing is set if you have a distributor. If you don't check to see if you need to rest your computer since you changed some components. If your injectors and/or plugs are not firing in the correct sequence or time, you will not have lift off. You may have set the cap on backwards, or the rotor backwards or even pulled a wire lose. Is the coil wire down and secure?
