Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had my 1996 chevrolet suburban 5.7 timing fixed,
top dead center and alinged the distributor, but it
won't turn on, it cranks and backfires and every
now and then will try to turn over, but it never does.

Is your oil pressure sensor when is bad lock all the gas line and don’t let gas get to the injectors the happens to me with a 96 impala as same

Update: I turned the distributor 180° as mentioned, and still no luck. I'm going to replace the oil pressure sensor and try again, if that doesn't work then I will spin the distributor back and attempt a start. I was also told to check the ignition control module but I am getting voltage to the wiring harness, how would I text the module itself?
