Replacement of rear end

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

"Will a '93 Chevy Silverado 1500 2wheel Dr.
FIT a '01 GMC Sierra 1500 4wheel Dr."???

I was told that they would work but I'm
having issues with the shocks going into
brackets.... Please help

Was given the rear end--- hope it works and helpful advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

look at the ratio info on both to make sure they're the same. Going from 93 up to 2001, . 4.3 V6 engines were the same but V8 changed, I don't think it will work
