my doors lock stop working

I'm guessing you mean the electric locks. Can you lock them with the key fob? How about with the key from outside? If the locks work that way then you probably have a bad switch or a loose wire.

KEY LOCK UNLOCK OK. ELECTRIC KEY FOB HAS NEW BATTERIES AND LIGHT BLINK BUT DOOR LOCK NOT ACTIVATED.

Did your fob ever work? Are you sure the fob is programmed to the car now that you have replaced the battery?
