Draining fuel tank

I have a 1996 Chevy cavalier and I'm trying to find
easiest way possible to drain the fuel tank, any
help?

Ah I used to race one of these, take it off and let it drop like oil and hose it out it's irritating but it works

remove the line in the engine bay , find the relay and jump/hot wire it
