humming from back speaker, in sync with accelarator, open trunk hand tap the speaker humming stops. what do i do?

Check the ground wire, I had the same issue awhile ago with a Mustang GT convertible, he ground was not secured and was picking up on a 'whining' noise that was in sync with speed.
