I have a 2002 Jaquar S-type. It will not take fuel. What could be wrong ?

The fuel filler vent could be clogged with debris. If its clogged the air will not be able to escape the fuel tank causing the gas pump to keep clicking off. The ven is usually located in the fill neck or near it.
