1996 caprice leaks water in passenger floorboard when ac is running

At right front quarter panel underneath you will see a tube/hose running to the ground. You will need to get down on your back. Locate that tube/hose and unplug it with a clothes hanger, stick etc. It will allow the water to drain to ground rather than the inside of your vehicle.
