I have a buick riveria 95 and it clicks but it want

I would guess that you have low battery (and/or or a bad alternator)

^^^ And or a bad starter. Try tapping lightly on the starter while someone turns the ignition.

Check pcm modual, run obd 2 to your car if it says pcm modual check fuses bypass starter directly to your pcm fuse box, connect alligator clip with wire connect a starter relay push the button and she the thing starts up user manual starter push the button see if it turns over it should turn over and it should run or how are we going to do that I just run it to you no battery or your starter and then bypass the backhoe battery all together

Yeah I would just get rid of the car the thing is a piece of s***way way too much money wasted on trying to fix it buy another car I wouldn't waste my time on that one Kelley Blue Book and see how much they're going for right now you'll understand
