Engine Misfire

I have 2007 ford explore. When I drive my ford 2 to 3 hours
in hot season temperature almost 45 degree in Saudi
Arabia suddenly engine start missing while driving. I don't
understand the problem. Morning and evening it won't
missing when temperature is ok up to 40 degree. Often this
is happened.

The problem is electrician told me any light come on dashboard when missing I said no so when it create problem then bring the ford. We will check in computer and find out the problem right now your engine is ok. I said not every day it create problem when heat goes up then start missing.
