I have a 2007 GMC Envoy Denali with the 5.3 Vortec engine
I have a flashing engine light and it's losing power

Don't drive it with flashing CEL. Likely you have a misfire. Have the codes read to see which cylinder is misfiring and go from there or report back.

That's definitely a misfire. You should get it fixed ASAP otherwise you'll ruin your catalytic converter.
