2006 Toyota Sienna will not climb will properly?

When ever I go on the highway and there is a hill it will slow down the car. Can anyone tell me what is the problem.

Do you mean even with more throttle it lacks power? Please tell me mileage and last service done. Then we can go from there

Last oil change was done 2000 Km ago and I have 112,000 km driven. Yes even with full throttle it lacks power
