Fuse problem with 2007 Sienna XLE

The fuse (10 Amp) in position 13A in the fuse box blew recently on our newly purchased 2007 Sienna XLE. I was able to quickly locate the fuse under the hood in position 13A if I'm not mistaken. The fuse is for the interior lights and/or vanity light. I replaced the fuse with another 10 amp fuse and as soon as I press it into position it immediately sparks and breaks.
Any thoughts on what else could be wrong?
The key was not in the ignition and the interior light switch was in the off position when I did this.

Really not enough information. The 13a means nothing - look on the cover of the engine room fuse box ( thats where you said you found it) It will tell you and US which system we are talking about ... Hopefully its (Dome)
Sorry for the confusion. The 10amp fuse is in position 13 in the engine compartment fuse box. It's for the personal and vanity lights etc. They worked when we bought the van last Friday but shorted in the last three days. I inspected around each door and visor and didn't notice anything pinched or out of the ordinary.
jmi, have you resolved the issue with your lights? I recently bought an 05 XLE and it came with the issue you described. I got the car for a great deal so I'm not terribly bothered by it, however, I would like to find a resolution if it's there.

Hey guys, in my experience, usually when a fuse keeps blowing there is a short in the wiring somewhere. Check all visible wiring, especially where it may be close to the ground or other moving parts that may be rubbing the wires from time to time. Disconnect your battery before you go to poking around on your wiring. If a quick inspection does not reveal it, have a professional look at it. Good luck!
Is there a fuse for the cruise control? I have a 2005 toyota sienna van. I can't find it.
My cruise control doesn't work. Is there a fuse I can look at to see if its blown? If so where is it on the fuse box. Thank you.
