I have a 2006 rav4 and it will not start tried to reset the VIP alarm and still will not start it makes the sound that it trying I have new battery and have checked the starter and alternator help pls

I have a 2012 Toyota RAV4, with 26000 miles on it. Its a 4 wheel drive and V6 vehicle. On Friday I came to my car and remote did not work, I manually had to open the door and engine did not start either. I called road side and they jump started the car, I went to apartment leasing office and again engine did not start. Called road side and they came and said it is not a battery problem. I have a Rav4 that when driving it will start to spatter then i give it exceleration and off it goes then on ocassions when i stop and go to restart it will take a few trys but it will start ??????? 1 Answer
