car wont start

my car will start run great except when i stop and park car it wont start back up
uness it sets for 30 minutes or more or i jump off the battery.  the battery is new
have check it is charging have also check battery before i jump it it was
completely charge .have put new battery tern\mial, replace started relay switch.
check alternator its fine. i am lost

I’ve had this happen with a brand new battery before. The place I bought it from would test it and it would pass but I took the battery to a different place and it failed the load test. Had the battery replaced under warranty and didn’t have a problem again.
