1997 Chevy Venture sliding door doesn't lock

1997 Chevy Venture Sliding door open and closed just fine,
but when locking the vehicle the sliding door does not lock,
but every other door does ?

No crank no start power to ignition power to starter when you cross terminals but starter won't turn over by buy ignition key
