2007 hyundai Santa Fe amking loud clattering noise after oil change

Changed oil and filter in my 2007 Hyundai Santa fe today.  Now it's hard to start
and makes a clattering noise when it does finally start and run.  Any ideas what
the problem could be?  Was running fine before the oil change.

What kind of oil did you use? I believe a 5W-20 weight goes in there...I would recommend Castrol GTX High Mileage 5W-20

Used 5 and 1/2 quarts of Mobil 5w20 and wix oil filter. 5w20 is what Hyundai recommends for my Santa Fe.
