lots of pb blaster and penetrating oil and puttin a torch on it might help. if that doesn't work. prolly goin to have to just break em, drill, or grind em off. its fairly easy to swap the studs on the end of the headers, just do NOT break to bolts the bolt the headers to the heads if you have to take em out
