Cranks but does not fire/start car

With no warning, my Mercedes e350 2007
will crank all dash lights on- but will not fully
start. Replaced battery but still no start.
Checked fuses and #43 15v blows out when I
turn the key! Help I’m at a loss ! Also
replaced fuel pump relay- seems like it wants
to start but doesn’t

EXACT issue with mine! #43 blew every time! After lots of $$$$ and electrical tracing it’s the ECU- UGH
