Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Looking at used cars and wondering if, for example, a 2009 model with more miles is a better deal than a 2007 with less miles (same model car).

Highway miles. City miles. Look at the brake peddle. How much ware is showing on the lower left conner? Maintained? Service records? 20 year old kid or 45 year old real estate agent?
