I have bled my brake I might just be doing it in the wrong order but, the pedal is hard before I start the car but when I start it the brake pedal loses pressure I haven't bled the back but I only changed a rubber line on the front passenger side need help

When you start the enging you have the vacuum booster helping you push brakes. Just start bleeding from the passenger rear and work your way to the driver's front. Patience
