Is thier a fuse or relay that power ignition coil?

Recently had issue with an Audi A4 b7 2007 it was a misfire in one of the
cylinders and jumps. Made car run sluggish to the point it lost power I replace
coils, spark plugs, and harness their is no power to coil connector car turns
but no start check coils no spark
