One tire rear wheel spinning slower than the other 3. I'm driving fwd manual dodge caliber basic model.

Just a quick question...how can you tell that one tire is spinning slower?

Driving it. Now I took the tire off and the rotor is soooo hard to turn. Near impossible

Just put wd 40 and it rotates clockwise ( rear passenger tire) but not counter
