Dodge caliber won't start

Won't start battery is good lights and Windows work won't turn over, read questions
and answers I'm going to try the wires under the front fender well,if that doesn't work
what can I try?

Measure your battery voltage and make sure it is high enough. Even though you say it is good, it may be weak. You should see about 14-14.5 volts across the terminals. Less than that might not be strong enough to start the car. The other accessories are not as demanding on the battery voltage and are not a good indicator. Also, make sure your cable connections both power and ground are corrosion free and tight.

I'd start at your cables. If your 100% sure your battery has good voltage with it should be 12.6 volts to minimum 12.4 volts. Then I would suspect your cables aren't making connection because lights should work.
