Why when I replace the 15 amp fuse for the rear and interior lights does it spark and blow out?

There is a short circuit in the lights circuit itself .DONOT use a higher amp fuse .you need to show it to the mechanic or try to follow the wires with a millimeter (If you have some electronic experience ) to figure out where is the short .It might look to you like a fuse problem but this could be dangerous and could cause fire in your car .
