Check fuse panel,should be under dash driver side ,fan/blower fuse,if it i s not blown could be main switch or blower motor it self.
I had to replace my compressor on my 2005' Buick Rivera ....

For a 2000 buick park avenue the cooling fans wires which one powers the fans there are on the left side white and blue and on the right side there is blue and black which one powers the fan
