Blinkers not working

What would i have to replace if
fuses flasher and the hazards
work and if i hold down hazards
makes right blinker to work

There is a known problem with the hazard switch AND the multifunction switch (turn signal switch). There are write ups on how to diagnose, which didn't work for me, but swapping out the hazard switch and turn signal switch fixed mine. By the way, the turn signal switch is a pain in the butt to do.
