How to open trunk if button malfunctons

A friend of mine, who lives in MN, is unable to open his trunk because the button won't work. Who can he call to get assistance as he lives in a very small town.  Please supply me with phone numbers he can call for advice/assistance.

There should be a standard keyhole to unlock the trunk shouldn't there? He should check for blown fuses first and then check for frayed or corroded wiring.
