my 1997 astro engine turns over fine, but it does not start

I ran out of gas ealier in the day but drove with no issues after that, the next morning the
engine just turned over but vehicle  will not start.

this takes 2 people to do. Have 1 listen at the gas tank for the fuel pump. If it is working then proceed to the fuel filter by changing it. When u ran it out of gas it might have clogged the fuel filter even though it didn't happen right away.
